Keynote Speaker:
Jennifer Vuitel, B.S., M.P.A., Planner
Environment and Development Department, North Central Texas Council of Governments
Jennifer Vuitel is a planner with the Environment and Development Department at the North Central Texas Council of Governments. At NCTCOG, Jennifer works in water quality, drought and water conservation. NCTCOG is a voluntary association of local governments, and was established to assist local governments in planning for common needs, cooperating for mutual benefit, and coordinating for sound regional development.
Jennifer previously served as bioterrorism public information officer and environmental educator for the City of Grand Prairie. She has worked for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University in Wildlife Biology, and a Masters of Public Administration with a minor in environmental policy from Texas Tech University.
