Duties: Oversee the areas for the Ambassador Program, VIP meet & greets, interacts with Customs & Immigration and TSA
Shahla was with American Airlines for 23 years, during her time at AA she was in various departments in various job capacity. Interacting with all levels of managements, non-management and union. Shahla is married has four children. Received her bachelors at DePaul University.
